I’m Justin Cook—a husband, father of nine, and a local Tennessean who cares deeply about family, faith, and community. Becoming an Affiliate Broker felt like a natural step for me, because helping people find the right home or piece of land is really about helping families build their future.

Before real estate, I built a successful local pest control and home-services business, which gave me hands-on insight into how homes are built, maintained, and cared for. That experience allows me to guide buyers and sellers with a practical eye and a genuine desire to protect their investment.

I’m heavily involved in our community—coaching both the boys’ and girls’ soccer teams at York Institute and running Plateau Soccer Club in Crossville. I also serve in my church’s youth group, mentoring teens and supporting local families. These roles have taught me patience, teamwork, and the importance of showing up for people.
