That spirit was on full display at the recent Welcome Dinner for new residents, where the Lake Tansi POA and Welcome Committee, alongside Sponsors, gathered to share a meal, introduce their new neighbors and forge new friendships, while celebrating the future of their community.
Among the friendly faces sponsoring the dinner was Tammy Lapp, a trusted name in the Lake Tansi community as owner and real estate broker of Star Realty located on Dunbar Road. Tammy had the special honor of meeting new residents of Lake Tansi Village and Resortand was there to also introduce the newest addition to the Lake Tansi real estate family: Triple C Realty & Auction, LLC.
Triple C Realty recently purchased the long-standing Star Realty agency, bringing a new chapter to real estate services in the area. With deep roots in the region and a fresh, client-focused approach, Triple C Realty is ready to serve both new and established residents with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine love for this beautiful community.

Jason is no stranger to real estate or community-building. This is his second real estate agency, with his first office located in downtown Monterey, where he and his wife, Lisa—also a licensed Realtor®—work hand-in-hand to serve the Upper Cumberland region. Together, they bring a hands-on, local approach to everything they do.
Beyond real estate, Jason is a man of many hats. He owns the successful Triple C Machine in Livingston, Triple C Ranch in Monterey, and Cub Mountain ATV Park in Crawford. Coming from a long line of farmers and entrepreneurs, Jason takes pride in staying hands-on with every aspect of his businesses, always keeping family and community at the core of everything he does.
Lisa, a former public school teacher who served the area for many years, now channels her dedication to helping others into real estate. She genuinely listens to her clients, making it a priority to respect their time and focus on what matters most to them. Their two sons, Jayce and Jaden, love the outdoors and are also active in the family businesses, making this a true team effort across generations.
