About DON D. GUY, PRINCIPAL BROKER
I am a native Tennessean, born and raised in West Tennessee. I moved to the Cumberland Plateau near Allardt Tn in 2016 and started working in the Real Estate Profession. Before I entered Real Estate, I worked as a Civil engineer and Horticulturist.
My Hobbies revolve around the outdoors including hiking, fishing and hunting. I am a Trail Keeper for the Big South Fork NR&RA and love to walk.
I worked as a Principal Broker in the Allardt, Tennessee area for five years with millions of dollars of sales each year. I like challenges and accepted the position of Principal Broker for Triple C Realty and Auction at the new Monterey Branch in March 2026.
I am an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and certified as a Seller Representative Specialist. I also specialize in Real Estate Photography and have a FAA Remote Pilot license to fly drones for aerial pictures.
